A paradise for fans of skiing and outdoor activities
Wakeboard
On one part of the lake, a modern waterski lift offers wakeboarding, kneeboarding and waterskiing, pulled by a cable just like on a ski lift. Sessions are looped over a distance of around 640 metres, in a natural setting with no engine noise, with slots for beginners and experienced riders alike.
Local schools, such as the former EXO 33 ski resort now part of the WAM Park leisure park, welcome children, teenagers and adults for introductory courses, lessons and free sessions.
Water skiing and towed buoys
On Lac de Baurech, the Windsor Ski School welcomes water sports enthusiasts from April to October to discover water skiing, wakeboarding and towed buoys. Supervised by Wilfried and Audrey, students enjoy an ideal setting and support adapted to all levels, from beginners to the more sporty.
The activities are accessible to beginners and enthusiasts alike, while the towed buoys are a delight for families and groups of friends in search of thrills and fun.

Floating home - MALO
The Malo floating house is where the Baurech Insolite adventure began. Its comfort, authenticity and meticulous decor make it a real eye-catcher. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a large bay window offering a breathtaking view of the lake, as well as an air-conditioned living area with a lounge, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The terrace, complete with outdoor table and sun loungers, invites you to enjoy life on the water to the full, from breakfast to dinner overlooking the lake.
Floating house - ALMA
Arriving in 2026, the Alma floating home has been designed to offer even more space and comfort. It has a large bay window fitted with sunbreakers, an air-conditioned bedroom and living room, a sofa bed for up to 4 people, a television and a bathroom with walk-in shower and changing table. Outside, the terrace with table, sun loungers and hanging armchairs invites you to take full advantage of life on the water, from morning until sunset.

For families, groups of friends or corporate seminars, Baurech Insolite also offers a large house on the water's edge. Spacious and welcoming, it can accommodate large groups, with plenty of comfortable bedrooms, a large convivial living room and outdoor areas to enjoy the garden, barbecue and view of the lake.
Situated a stone's throw from Bordeaux, it is particularly popular for private events (family weekends, birthdays, EVJF/EVG) or business meetings looking for a calm and inspiring setting between the lake and the Garonne.
